So this past May the Dillard family went on vacation in Surfside TX, just west of Galveston. Surfside is a small beach community that doesn't get as many tourists as Galveston. We loved it.

We may make this an annual trip, though next time we will get a house on the shore.. it was so relaxing hearing the waves crash on the shore and then Dad and Chad can watch us water babies from the deck.
